When processing Users’ personal data, we adhere to the following principles:

- purpose limitation and secure storage of processed data: we only collect personal data for a specific and legitimate purpose. We store data in a form that permits the identification of the data subject. We only process them for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were obtained (unless we are obliged by law to continue processing),
- data integrity and confidentiality: we provide technical and organisational solutions to ensure that the personal data we process is secure,
- accountability: we can demonstrate that we act in compliance with applicable law when processing personal data.

- name and surname – when filling in the contact and cooperation forms; necessary for contact;
- email address – when filling in the contact and cooperation forms; contact is possible via the email address;
- telephone – when filling in the contact and cooperation forms; using the telephone number, it is possible to contact you quickly;
- company – when filling in the cooperation form;
- addresses – information resulting from general rules of Internet connections such as IP address (and other information contained in system logs);
- cookies – this website uses cookie technology to adapt the website to individual needs and to provide services.
Provision of the above data is voluntary but necessary to establish communication.
If data is not provided, the User cannot be contacted.

If the User’s data is processed based on consent (data is necessary for the provision of the service), the User may exercise the right to personal data portability. It may be transferred to another data controller.

Server logs are the internal event logs of the site’s server, which automatically record page requests sent when a user accesses the site. The system logs include the page request sent by the User, IP address, browser type, browser language, request date and time and at least one “cookie” that can uniquely identify the User’s browser. We use the data collected in the system logs for an indefinite time solely to manage the website. Data is not transferred to third parties, except in the circumstances described herein. In connection with the use of the site by Users, we may automatically collect and save technical details in server logs relating to the usage of the services, IP address and technical data on the operation of the site with respect to activities performed by the User. We may also collect information to store locally on your device through the use of browser memory mechanisms.

In terms of differentiating the entity that manages cookies, we distinguish between:

Google Maps – they allow for the storage of information about the User, which permits the use of the Google Maps service features. Google Inc. may track the User’s location.
